In some cases, graduates will be able to immediately fill positions. In others, additional education, training, or industry certifications will be required to fill job roles.
Students will develop skills and knowledge in networking fundamentals, hardware, operating systems, troubleshooting, server administration, and network security. The specialized program also allows students to earn credentials with Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) certifications and CompTIA certifications such as A+, Network+, Server+, and Security+. Students completing this CSC may continue their education in the Information Systems Technology - Networking Specialization associate degree program.
